Skye Fisher finished sixth in her Fitness Class at the 2009 Arnold Amateur Fitness competition in Columbus and is continuing her training for the 2009 Junior National competition in Chicago on June 19th and 20th. Skye stands a little over 5 feet 1 inch when she's not doing gymnastic movements. She enters competition at 115 pounds. "Each strength move that I do in a routine has everything to do with endurance and high repetition training. Fitness is bodybuilding everyday when you're doing a two minute routine over and over, holding your body parallel to the floor at times, with one arm pushups that grind on your joints and force your pecks to work harder. Every routine I do, is making me stronger in mind and in body."
