Okay I'm posting the 300 workout from Mens Health I used last week. I couple times there I was sure my heart was about to burst--I was so winded but it was a blast! It is definitely not for the faint of heart! There are also modified versions frot those just starting out. Heres the one I followed.....
25 pullups
50 deadlifts with 135pds
50 pushups
50 24-inch box jumps
50 floor wipers (I used 110 pds to hold onto)
50 single-arm Clean and Press with 35pd dumbell
25 pullups
300 reps total!!!
All exercises are done without scheduled rest between moves. This is an advanced workout, designed for people already in great shape so don't be afriad to make changes as you go if needed....
The fellas from the 300 movie were performing this in about 20 minutes. It took me 30min first time around. I am anticipating another go at it again later in the season to see if I can shorten this time... it was a great challenge!
