Happy New Year everyone!

I just wanted to let everybody know that we've finally completed shooting and editing my DVD and the final copy is in production!

It's called The Art of Figure

it contains:
- posing/presentation demonstration, instruction and tips
- leg training (whew - good workout!)
- back and shoulder training
- circuit training
- contest prep details

Hope you all check it out!
