Get ready to see some of the best physiques this area has to offer, it's going to be another great show! Athlete entry deadline was last Saturday and we have a record number of athletes entered, with late entries, we may even beat our top number from the NPC Gopher State this past spring!

Julia Korfhage (see photo below), last year's NPC North Star Champion. Julia will be one week out from Nationals and will be in top condition, come check her out and cheer her on to a great showing at Nationals!

Two weeks to go...YES!! You can almost smell that pizza you've been craving for so long! Remember that these next few weeks will be the toughest. Your mind is going to tell you things that are not true. Your body is going to tell you this isn't worth it. Your significant others who thought they knew you are starting to wonder... BE STRONG!! When you set out to do this you said "I CAN" repeat that to yourself ten times a day. You will never regret this journey, on November 11th you'll be planning your next over pancakes... Make sure you get the rest of your detail work out of the way before your mind really starts to lose it...get your suit glue and oil, send in your entry form with late fee, book your hotel room, make your spray tanning, manicure, pedicure, makeup and hair appointments, get your music cut and start working on your routine, practice, practice and practice your posing....and until the next email....
