Season two of NBC's hit reality show "American Gladiators" will premiere on Monday, May 12, 2008. The premiere will last two hours and then the following week the show will settle into its 90 minute time slot on Monday nights at 8pm eastern time.
The show will be an important part of NBC's patriotic summer theme, leading up to the Olympic Games in August.
Both Gladiators and Contenders are expected to be called and informed of their status later this week. Those who make it through this first round will be invited back for a Gladiator or a Contender Boot Camp. Gladiators are expected to report from March 17-22 and contenders will be invited to Los Angeles from March 23-28. Taping for season two will begin on March 31st.
