Special for Bodybuilding Weekly

IFBB Professional Bodybuilder Heather Armbrust (formerly Policky) has, along with her husband Dylan, purchased a gym in Wheatridge, Colorado.  Heather is considered to be one of the most promising female bodybuilders in the sport, placing 3rd at the 2007 Arnold Classic and 5th at last year's Ms. Olympia.  She is also known for possessing some of the best quads that the sport has every seen.

"Dylan and I are excited to announce we are the proud new owners of our gym!!! Well, officially on Wed. :) I couldnt wait to say something. We are buying our gym in Wheatridge, Colorado.  It's a nice size but needs some serious TLC. I keep calling it a face lift. The first 6 months will be dedicated to making some huge improvements. We are putting in a pro shop that we think will be a lot of fun. We will carry our new clothing line, "What It Takes" and my own logo shirts. Most all our supplements will be Hard Nutrition unless it's not carried by the company. Gotta show love for my sponsor. ;) We have a ton of work ahead of us. I've been getting a taste of it this week. I want to get as much done with Dylan as possible before I start my prep. Here is the old website that never really got finished. That is on my list of 'to do's':  http://www.coloradoprogym.com/"

All of us at Bodybuilding Weekly wish her the best with her endeavor, and will be sure to stop by!!

Owners: I am a 65yr old male who has not done any serious excercise in many years. I am having skeletal problems (lower back and neck) and am about 20lbs over weight. Many of my friends are going to 24hr fitness or that type of health club because they are not expensive and cater to the elderly. I am curious what type of programs you have for people like myself? and what type of cost per month is required. I to am on a fixed income, but would prefer a gym where i could get good instruction on proper technique, and a semi supervised program to achieve my goals. I don't think you get that at the health clubs. Thanks
