Competitor List - Atlantic City Pro Bodybuilding - Lee Priest is Out

The much anticipated return of Australian IFBB pro bodybuilder Lee Priest has been delayed until the 2009 Arnold Classic, as he is not doing the Atlantic City Pro and therefore cannot qualify for the Olympia this year.

August 21, 2008

Lee Priest has decided to delay his return to the IFBB, and will no longer be competing at the 2008 IFBB Atlantic City Pro Bodybuilding Championships in September.

The IFBB had been hoping that Priest's return would provide a much needed jolt of excitement to the new "202 and Under" class at the Olympia this year.  In order to facilitate his return for the debut of the event, he was reinstated early.  In recent weeks, several stars have qualified for the event and it is now expected to be a success.

Priest will now set his sights on the 2009 Arnold Classic, which is not sure thing because he would need an invitation in order to compete.

The Atlantic City Pro Bodybuilding final competitor list is below.  Be sure to stay tuned to FigureRX Magazine for blanket coverage of the women's bodybuilding division at the show.
