Fitness industry superstar Monica Brant will be filming an infomercial for a new exercise machine called the Muscle Flex, which emphasizes flexibility and range of motion - two things that become increasingly important as athletes extend their careers.

According to Monica, she works out on the machine regularly and "has never been on a machine quite like it. I do believe it is the only machine of its kind!  It gives a complete strength and cardio work out while also an incredible flexibility training session too. It's an amazing way for anyone to get into shape, become more flexible and FEEL HEALTHY and FIT!"

Filming is expected to take place in September, after Monica's 4th annual F.E.M. camp at the Mecca Gold's Gym in Venice, California.  F.E.M. camp will run from September 12-14th, and there are only a couple of slots left so if you have an interest in attending e-mail Monica at monica@femcamp.net right away!
