The weight training workouts include legs, shoulders and a pre-contest upper body circuit, as I prepared for one of the biggest shows of the year, The Arnold Classic. Whether I'm in the gym, at the track or in the kitchen, you can learn how I transform my body. I share some of my favorite exercises, tips and tricks that allowed me to take the Figure International title. My DVD was filmed in several places throughout San Diego, Ca. Aliotti started filming the DVD before the 2008 Arnold Classic and had anticipated it would be ready much sooner but was happy it took a little longer than planned, "I have been working on my DVD since before The Arnold 2008. It took a little more time than I had anticipated but it ended up working in my favor.
