The 2008 NPC Max Muscle Natural Western USA Figure & Fitness Championships were
held in Phoenix, Arizona on Saturday, March 15th. Linda Rowland swept the
overall titles in the open and masters figure divisions. Laura Cain won fitness
while Shay Reed won the overall women's bodybuilding title.
