Canadian Macey Boudreau, who won her IFBB pro card at Canadian Nationals last weekend, will be competing at the Tournament of Champions pro figure contest in Anaheim, California on September 20th.

IFBB Figure Professional Macey Boudreau, from British Columbia, will be making her professional debut at one of promoter Jon Lindsay's shows - the Tournament of Champions Pro Figure in Anaheim, California.

If all goes according to plan, Macey will then be heading to the Olympia the following weekend to compete instead of as a competitor.  But the competion to finish in the top three in Anaheim in order to qualify for the Olympia will be steep, and it will include top Olympia contender Gina Aliotti.

Macey is sponsored by 4EverFit, a supplement company and wholesale distributor based in Littleton, Colorado and Kelowna, British Columbia.  A second B.C.-based athlete on the 4EverFit team, Roseanne Desmarais, will be going for her professional status at Canadian Bodybuilding Nationals in September.

Ms. Boudreau's rise to the top has been very efficient, because she has not needed to compete frequently to get great results.  In 2006 she placed second at Canadian Nationals then took the first place spot in 2007 with a perfect score, all in the medium-tall figure class.  Macey won the medium-tall class again this year, but this time added an ifbb pro card with a second place title in the figure overall.  The victory was a great thing for the sport because if she had not won a pro card she had planned to retire from the sport.

Macey brings a very muscular and symmetrical physique, and is particularly well known for her back and bicep development.  She is a personal trainer and a licensed massage therapist.  More information is available on her web site, maceyboudreau.net.
