Tana Clough will be making her IFBB professional figure debut at the 2008 New York Pro Figure Championships on September 5th and 6th.

Colorado trainer Tana Clough will be making her IFBB professional figure debut at the New York Pro Figure Championships, which will be held in Manhattan on September 5-6, 2008.  This is a debut that we have been anticipating for a while, because Tana's figure genetics are simply amazing.  She is known for her small joints and long muscle bellies, and the ability to bring it to the stage hard while maintaining a healthy and beautiful look.  Tana has amazing delts and even has some of the best hamstrings and calves that you will ever see in figure.  We think she'll make a big splash right away, and maybe even help in the noble effort to send the sport back in the right direction!!

Tana was awarded her IFBB professional card at the 2007 NPC Junior National Championships in Chicago, where she placed first in Figure Class E and second overall in only her second national level show.  Her first national show was the 2006 NPC USA Figure Championships, where she placed second in Class D and created a lot of controversy with a lot of people thinking that she should have contended for the overall.  Tana also won her height class and the overall title at the 2006 NPC Colorado State Figure Championships, which qualified her to compete at the national level.

The 5'5-1/4" and 26-year old Tana is a personal trainer at One Boulder Fitness in downtown Boulder, Colorado so if you need expert training services in that area be sure to look her up.

According to Tana, her favorite body part to train is her back and she trains each body part as heavy as she can, once per week.  As for cardio, she does one hour a day for five days a week in general and then increases to 90 minutes to two hours per day before a show.
