Congratulations to Team FigureRX athlete Beth Horn for being named one of four ''Women Who Kick Ass'' in the April issue of Chicago Magazine.

Congratulations to Team FigureRX's Beth Horn for being named one of four ''Women Who Kick Ass'' in the April issue of Chicago Magazine.

Horn, who is ''Venom'' on NBC's ''American Gladiators,'' is preparing to tape the second season of the show beginning next month in Los Angeles.

Also chosen among the up-and-comers: mixed martial arts competitor Felice Herrig, boxer Rita Figueroa and wrestler Sara Amato, who competes in Shimmer pro wrestling as Sara Del Rey. Amato/Del Rey is to defend her Shimmer title April 26 in Berwyn.

The magazine said, ''Everywhere we turn, it seems as if our city has produced another hard-core female athlete: a tough-toned woman who can bench-press more than your boyfriend [and look good doing it].''

Can't argue with that. Unless you want to endanger your posterior.
