Maria Zmilkly Flashes Michigan Bodybuilding

It is the time of the year to make that Last Call for Michigan Bodybuilding. The Western Michigan Bodybuilding Fitness, Figure and Bikini Championships will provide your last chance to participate as spectator or competitor in a Michigan NPC sanctioned event during 2009. Join the excitement of this important event near Grand Rapids on October 24 or wait out the winter for the 2010 season.

Saturday, October 24 is the last chance during this year to participate or view NPC sanctioned events in Michigan. The 2009 NPC Western Michigan Bodybuilding Fitness, Figure and Bikini Championships will enable the first two place winners in each weight class to be eligible for all national NPC events in 2010. Top five fitness and figure women will qualify for Junior USA and Junior Nationals. Top three qualify for Nationals and USA..

Sound exciting, no doubt. Maria Zmilkly from Milford trains at the Powerhouse and considers the Western an important contest toward her her goals. Maria is from Brazil and a mother that needs to have a plan that will improve her future. The plan is to earn her citizenship this year and become a Pro in two years. Maria will be heading toward Grand Rapids to participate in this last NPC sanctioned Michigan Figure Division competition.

Join her and the rest of the competitors at the Grandville High School Auditorium at 4700 Canal Street in Grandville. The Prejudging begins at 12 Noon and the evening Finals at 7:00 P.M. Maria was First Place Middle Class Figure at the Novice Michigan

We should mention that the 2009 Olympian Jay Cutler will make a presentation and answer questions following the Prejudging. This special presentation will cost $15.00, but it's not every day that you can sit down with Jay Cutler. Of course, Jay Cutler will pose for the audience during the evening Finals. It will be a long wait untill the next Michigan Bodybuilding event in 2010, so make your plans soon to be at this last event
